A friend and I traded a Reconnective Healing session after she took the level I/II class. We had briefly discussed that a session is exactly 30 minutes, and I said sometimes my hands will drop by themselves and when I look over at the clock it's been exactly a half hour!
But my friend, doing her first actual full session, was feeling a bit uncertain. When 30 minutes rolled around, she saw that I was still in register and could still feel the frequencies moving around. She wasn't sure how to proceed, wondering to herself, "Should I stop now?"
That very second, from the next room, my 4-year-old yelled at her sister: "STOP!"
So cool.
